(www.firewithin.ws) has practiced bodywork both in the east and west for 10 years. with a strong background in deep Tissue massage, Nuero Muscular Therapy , and eastern modalities such as Jin Shin Jitsu (Japanese energy work), Shiatsu, Tui Na (Chinese sports Massage), and Traditional Thai Medical Massage. Creating a safe nurturing environment for the body to find it’s own equilibrium Jessica’s addresses holding patterns unique to each individual. Thus, allowing increased ease, openness, and expansive awareness.
Residing in Big sur, Jessica seeks inspiration from this pristine coastland where she is a dancer/ performer , teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, massage, and a member of the Esalen massage crew.
