Ingrid Huber
lives in the south of Austria with her husband and two sons. Trained as a music and movement teacher in Vienna she set out to California to study Esalen® Massage and experienced Light and Spirit. In Massachusetts she studied Body-Mind Centering® and experienced the reality and complexity of Body. Back in Europe she started to practice Sahaj Marg meditation and learned about the Heart. In her work All is One! And the Heart is the Center. She teaches Experiential Anatomy to bodyworkers and co-leads a training in “Integrative Körperarbeit” (combination of cranial work, BMC®, movement and counselling). She has developed a unique way for pregnant women to prepare to give birth. She also gives private sessions and holds open singing and dancing events.
